EV Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Amik Partner Referral Program (the “Program”), operated by AMIK Technologies (“Amik”, “we”, “us”). By submitting a referral you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and have a valid Indian mobile number and UPI / bank account.
• Amik employees, contractors and their immediate family are not eligible for rewards.
• You may not refer yourself, your own number, or a site you own or operate.

2. What counts as a valid referral

• The site must install a minimum 60 kW DC fast charger (60 kW and above). AC chargers and DC chargers below 60 kW are not eligible for a reward.
• A referral must be a real site or business that could host EV chargers (for example a fuel station, mall, café, hotel, office, or residential society) and is not already an Amik customer or in an active Amik pipeline.
• Owner / host details you provide must be accurate and shared with the owner's knowledge. We may contact the host to verify.
• A referral is “verified” only after Amik confirms the host's interest and eligibility (including the 60 kW+ DC requirement) at its sole discretion.

3. Duplicates & first-come-first-serve

• Each site / host can be referred only once. Where the same host is referred more than once, the first valid submission (by timestamp) is the one eligible for a reward.
• Duplicate submissions are detected automatically in real time and are declined.

4. Referral limit

Each referrer may submit a maximum of 10 referrals in total to keep lead quality high. This limit may be revised by Amik.

5. Rewards & payout

• The reward is ₹500 to the referrer and ₹500 to the referred host per verified station.
• Rewards become payable only after the host is live and completes their first full month of billing and payment with Amik.
• Rewards are paid via UPI or direct bank transfer to the details you provide, typically within 30 days of the qualifying event.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to rewards you receive.

6. Verification & communications

We verify your identity using a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp. By participating, you consent to receive Program-related messages (including WhatsApp) about your referrals and rewards.

7. Fraud & misuse

Amik may withhold or reverse rewards and disqualify participants for fraudulent, fake, duplicate, spammy or non-consensual submissions, or any attempt to game the Program.

8. Changes & termination

Amik may modify, suspend or end the Program, or change reward amounts and criteria, at any time. Referrals already verified under prior terms will be honoured.

9. Privacy

Personal data submitted through the Program is handled per our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the host's consent to share their contact details with Amik.
