This policy covers software / SaaS (Amik Charge CMS and add-ons) and EV charging sessions paid via the app, QR / UPI, card, NFC or partner interface. It excludes hardware, installation and other services.
Subscriptions bill in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand. Usage-based add-ons bill in arrears. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; promotions and credits have no cash value.
Monthly plans may be cancelled anytime with no future charges, though the current cycle remains non-refundable after activation. Annual plans may be cancelled anytime with a refund for unused full months, minus an early-termination adjustment calculated as: (months used × (monthly list − annual-equivalent monthly)) + consumed promo credits.
Eligible: duplicate or erroneous billing is fully refunded after verification; material outages attributable to us receive pro-rated credits or refunds.
Ineligible: change-of-mind situations, partial monthly terms, trials, POCs, add-ons and consumed usage overages.
No-start sessions (zero energy delivered) trigger an automatic full refund. Partial delivery or user-initiated early stops receive a pro-rated refund based on kWh delivered. Grid or station faults causing interruptions receive a pro-rated refund. Idle / overstay and parking fees are non-refundable once incurred.
Duplicate charges are fully refunded after verification. Issues must be reported within 7 days, including station ID, date / time and transaction ID.
Email info@amiktech.in with your account email, invoice / transaction ID, date, reason, and station ID / timestamp if applicable. We acknowledge within 1–2 business days; refund initiation typically follows within 2 business days after verification.
Eligible refunds are initiated within 2 business days. Card and bank networks typically require 3–10 business days to post; UPI reversals are usually instant. Refunds are routed to the original payment method in the original currency where possible.
Contact us first — we resolve most issues quickly. Accounts under chargeback review may be temporarily paused. We may decline or limit refunds in cases of fraud, abuse or repeated policy misuse.
Where applicable consumer laws mandate a different outcome, the higher standard applies. This policy does not waive your statutory rights.
